This Return Policy outlines the terms under which Detoxvivoneck accepts returns, cancellations, and refund requests for trail packs and morning walk group services purchased through detoxvivoneck.world. We want every walker to feel confident when booking with us, and we aim to handle all return requests fairly and promptly.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all trail pack products offered by Detoxvivoneck, including:

• Sunrise Starter Pass (four guided morning walks per month)
• Coastal Circuit Bundle (eight curated coastal walks with route briefing sheets and water bottle)
• Annual Dawn Membership (twelve months of unlimited scheduled morning walk group access)

This policy also covers gift vouchers purchased for any of the above products. Physical merchandise included with trail packs, such as water bottles and printed route maps, is subject to the physical goods return provisions in Section 6.

2. Cooling-Off Period

If you purchase a trail pack online without attending any walks, you may request a full refund within fourteen calendar days of the purchase date. This cooling-off period applies to the Sunrise Starter Pass, Coastal Circuit Bundle, and Annual Dawn Membership equally. To initiate a cooling-off refund, contact us with your purchase confirmation details. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within ten business days of approval.

The cooling-off period does not apply if you have already attended one or more walks using credits from the purchased trail pack. In that case, the partial refund provisions in Section 3 apply.

3. Partial Refunds for Unused Credits

3.1 Sunrise Starter Pass

If you have used some but not all walk credits from your Sunrise Starter Pass, you may request a partial refund for unused credits within thirty days of purchase. The refund amount is calculated as the purchase price minus the value of walks attended. Each attended walk is valued at AUD $8.00. For example, if you purchased the Sunrise Starter Pass for AUD $32.00 and attended one walk, your eligible refund would be AUD $24.00.

3.2 Coastal Circuit Bundle

Partial refunds for the Coastal Circuit Bundle are available within sixty days of purchase for unused walk credits. Each attended walk is valued at AUD $8.50. The Coastal Circuit Bundle water bottle must be returned unopened and in its original packaging to qualify for a partial refund that includes the merchandise component. Opened or used water bottles are non-refundable.

3.3 Annual Dawn Membership

Annual Dawn Membership refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused months. If you request a refund after three months of active membership during which you attended walks, you will receive a refund equal to nine-twelfths of the purchase price minus a AUD $25.00 administrative fee. No refund is available after nine months of membership have elapsed.

4. Walk Cancellations by Detoxvivoneck

If we cancel a scheduled morning walk due to severe weather, hazardous trail conditions, guide unavailability, or other circumstances beyond your control, your walk credit will be automatically restored to your trail pack account. No refund request is necessary for credit restoration. If you prefer a monetary refund instead of credit restoration for a Detoxvivoneck-initiated cancellation, contact us within seven days and we will process a refund equal to the per-walk value listed in Section 3 for the affected walk.

5. Walker-Initiated Cancellations

If you cancel your registration for a scheduled walk more than twelve hours before the departure time, your walk credit will be restored to your trail pack account at our discretion. Cancellations made within twelve hours of the scheduled walk may result in forfeiture of the walk credit without refund or restoration. Repeated late cancellations may result in restrictions on future bookings.

6. Physical Merchandise Returns

Physical items included with trail packs, such as the Detoxvivoneck water bottle and printed route maps, may be returned within fourteen days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To return physical merchandise:

• Contact us to obtain a return authorisation and mailing instructions
• Ship the item to 42 Arnhem Rd, Allambie Heights NSW 2100, Australia
• Include your purchase confirmation and reason for return

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped. Refunds for returned merchandise are processed within ten business days of receiving the returned item.

7. Gift Voucher Returns

Gift vouchers for Detoxvivoneck trail packs may be refunded to the original purchaser within fourteen days of purchase if the voucher has not been redeemed. Once a gift voucher has been redeemed and walks have been booked, standard trail pack return terms apply to the redeemed product.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:

• Walk credits that have been used to attend a completed morning walk
• Trail packs purchased more than sixty days ago, except Annual Dawn Membership pro-rata refunds as described in Section 3.3
• Opened or used physical merchandise included with trail packs
• Forfeited walk credits due to late cancellation as described in Section 5

9. How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund, please contact Detoxvivoneck with the following information:

• Your full name and email address used at purchase
• Trail pack type and purchase date
• Order or confirmation reference number if available
• Reason for the return or refund request
• Number of walks attended, if applicable

10. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional three to five business days for the refund to appear in your account. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Return Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a trail pack or morning walk group service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of the terms stated above. Major failures entitle you to choose a refund or replacement. Minor failures entitle you to have the issue rectified within a reasonable time.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on detoxvivoneck.world with an updated "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
